Overview

Tierwest is expanding its team of Entry Level Account Executives to sell telecommunications products directly to customers across El Paso. You will own the full sales relationship from first conversation to signed account, with full training and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales and customer acquisition cycle for telecom accounts, from introduction to close.
• Sell directly to customers, building relationships that lead to signed accounts.
• Deliver clear, accurate product and pricing information.
• Meet individual and team sales targets.
• Provide feedback from the field to improve campaign and sales performance.

Requirements & Qualifications

• No account management or telecom experience required — training provided.
• Confident, professional communicator.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

Pay & Development

• Weekly pay.
• Average first-year earnings between $63,600 – $71,700 per year, including performance-based bonuses.
• Exposure to sales strategy, account support, and leadership development.
