About the Role
We are seeking a Physical Therapist (DPT) to join our Chandler, AZ team at an established multidisciplinary practice with 25 years in practice. The role offers the opportunity to build meaningful patient relationships and shape a growing physical therapy program.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans focused on mobility, strength, function, and recovery
- Provide hands-on treatment, therapeutic exercise, and rehabilitation
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients on home exercises, injury prevention, and long-term wellness
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care
- Contribute ideas to strengthen and expand our physical therapy services
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Active Arizona Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure
- Strong clinical, communication, and patient relationship skills
- A dependable, motivated, patient-focused approach
- Interest in treating orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced practice
Outpatient orthopedic or multidisciplinary rehabilitation experience is a plus, but new graduates are welcome.
Compensation & Benefits
- Up to $110,000 annually for full-time work, based on experience and schedule
