Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and support to new and existing customers
- Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, and text
- Educate customers on products, services, and promotions
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Accurately document customer interactions and account updates
- Meet individual and team performance goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience
Qualifications
- Previous customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or call center experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers and handling objections
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Coachable and eager to learn
