Your Role And Responsibilities

• Help organizations transform customer service, improve operations, and accelerate digital innovation using modern applications and cloud technologies.
• Support clients across various industries: healthcare, financial services, public sector, federal sector, automotive, energy, retail, industrial, or manufacturing.
• Gain hands-on project experience, professional and technical mentoring, career coaching, industry-recognized certifications, and exposure to emerging technologies like Artificial Intelligence and automation.
• Be aligned to a technology practice based on business needs, academic background, technical skills, project experience, and career interests.
• Build specialized expertise within an assigned practice through structured learning, mentorship, certifications, and hands-on client projects.
• Develop consulting, communication, and technical skills to solve complex business challenges.
• As part of the Oracle practice, help organizations modernize and optimize enterprise business processes through Oracle applications supporting finance, supply chain, human resources, procurement, enterprise performance, and digital transformation.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Foundational knowledge of programming languages such as Java, SQL, Python, JavaScript, or similar technologies.
• Understanding of software development fundamentals, databases, APIs, cloud computing, and enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with Git or similar version control tools.
• Curiosity about enterprise technologies, Artificial Intelligence, cloud solutions, and digital transformation.

Qualifications

• Currently completing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Exposure to application development, data, or cloud-related projects through coursework, internships, research, or personal learning.
• No prior experience in every listed technology is required.
