Key Responsibilities
- Prepare real food by hand every day.
- Work at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo.
- Create a friendly atmosphere through exceptional customer service.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- A friendly, enthusiastic attitude.
- Passion for helping and serving others (both customers and team members).
- Desire to learn how to cook.
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location.
- Must be at least 16 years old.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in roles such as dishwasher, cashier, server, host, bartender, cook, or prep cook is not required.
- No experience at all is acceptable.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay range: $21.50–$22.50 (eligible for digital tips)
