Roles & Ranges
- Staff Accountant ($60K – $85K)
- Prepare individual & entity returns
- Support tax planning
- Senior Accountant ($85K – $115K)
- Review complex returns
- Lead engagements
- Mentor staff
- Manager Accountant ($120K – $150K)
- Own client portfolios
- Drive tax strategy
- Grow team
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Manager Level:
- CPA or EA required
- Recent public accounting tax experience
- Staff / Senior Level:
- Public accounting tax experience
- CPA/EA is a plus
