About the Role
Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for their Management Training Program. This position is located near DuBois, PA 15801.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn the business from day one at a neighborhood branch.
- Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.
- Act as the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
- Master knowledge and skills to eventually run a branch, cultivate new business, and develop a team.
- Receive guidance, mentoring, and support in a hands-on learning environment.
- Engage with the community to establish relationships for business building.
- Learn to excel in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
- Understand the importance of putting customers first.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Valid driver's license
- No more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
- No drug or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in the past 3 years (e.g., DUI/DWI).
- Authorized to work in the United States.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of six months of experience in customer service, leadership, or sales.
- Examples include: commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, hospitality industry, military, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations.
