About the Role
As a Physical Therapist at Kadima Rehabilitation & Nursing at Mt. Lebanon, you will work with a diverse patient population, providing individualized physical therapy services to promote optimal mobility, function, and overall well-being within a comprehensive rehabilitation program designed to help patients achieve their goals and regain independence.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients with a variety of medical conditions, developing personalized treatment plans to address specific needs and goals.
- Implement and deliver physical therapy interventions, including exercises, modalities, and other interventions to promote patient progress.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and progress.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Graduate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapy License.
- 0+ years of experience in a physical therapy setting.
