Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and confirm client appointments via phone and email.
- Follow up with prospective clients to maintain the sales pipeline.
- Maintain organized and accurate records within the CRM.
- Connect prospective clients with licensed insurance agents for coverage discussions.
- Participate in team training and coaching sessions.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Experience communicating with customers in environments such as retail, restaurants, hotels, or call centers.
- Strong organization and follow-through habits.
- Comfort working by phone and managing your own calendar.
- Active listening skills and a genuine interest in helping people.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
Qualifications
- No insurance license or degree is required to start.
- This is an independent contractor position.
Compensation
- Earning potential: $85,000 to $115,000 annually, based on commission.
- Compensation is not guaranteed as a salary or hourly pay and depends on individual performance.
