About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement customized physical therapy programs to restore function, improve mobility, and relieve pain.
- Work closely with residents and staff to develop individualized care plans.
- Monitor resident progress and adjust therapy plans to meet changing needs.
- Ensure residents feel comfortable and supported throughout their therapy journey.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- State of Iowa Physical Therapist License – or eligible to sit for boards.

- Commitment to providing top-quality care.
- Experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome.
