Key Responsibilities

• Provide polite, friendly greetings and interactions with all guests.
• Perform assigned duties in a fast-paced work environment while interacting with guests and team members.
• Explain product availability in specific areas, including ingredients, flavors, and menu items.
• Actively provide samples to guests and explain offerings.
• Efficiently prepare product for sale: frying, cutting, slicing, weighing, pricing, and cooking.
• Maintain product level, quality, and freshness according to station guidelines.
• Maintain sanitation standards in the cooler, freezer, prep area, and sales area.
• Communicate guest requests to management and/or satisfy requests in a timely manner.
• Communicate temperature and/or product breakdowns to a supervisor.
• Keep supply and work area neat, clean, and tidy at all times.
• Maintain proper grooming and uniform standards.
• Perform front-end duties to ensure a “no noticeable wait” standard is maintained.
• Announce specials and sale information on the PA system.
• Assist in product receiving and storage.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing personality.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Ability to read and understand information and direction.
• Effective communication, customer service, and selling skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods of time.
