About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Store Associate who enjoys creating great experiences for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and offer help finding shoes and accessories.
- Operate the register: handle cash, give change, and process returns.
- Use basic math and counting skills for transactions.
- Share promotions and Shoe Perks program with customers.
- Keep displays neat, organized, and well-stocked.
- Support loss prevention and store cleanliness.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic math skills for transactions.
Qualifications
- Great communication and listening skills.
- Strong customer service mindset.
- Ability to count cash and perform basic math accurately.
- Comfortable working on your feet and lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays).
- Must be at least 16 years old.
Physical Requirements
- Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs during shifts.
- Comfortable bending, squatting, and reaching for merchandise.
- Able to move quickly in a fast-paced store environment.
