Physical Requirements
- Standing: Most tasks are performed from a standing position.
- Walking: For short distances and durations on various surfaces.
- Sitting: For paperwork completion.
- Lifting: Up to 50 pounds for bulk deliveries.
- Carrying: Large cans (approx. 3 lbs 7 oz), pizza sauce (approx. 30 lbs), trays of pizza dough (approx. 12 lbs per tray).
- Pushing: Trays on dollies (up to 7.5 pounds of force).
- Climbing: Infrequently to navigate stairs or ladders for signage, cleaning, or maintenance.
- Stooping/Bending: At the pizza assembly station, front counter, and when stocking ingredients.
- Crouching/Squatting: Occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas.
- Reaching: Continuously (up, down, forward) for tasks such as oven controls, signage, lifting/lowering objects, scooping ingredients, washing dishes, obtaining toppings, cleaning surfaces, and answering phones.
- Hand Tasks: Use of one or both hands is continuous; includes frequent and forceful use of forearms and wrists for shaping pizza dough, manipulating pizza peel, using rolling cutter, and pinching for box assembly. Grasping cans, phones, cutters, peels, and boxes.
