Retail Merchandiser

About the Role

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers’ needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Build displays and end caps.
• Reset shelves with product rotation.
• Track inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• You are 18 years or older.
• You can perform physical work including moving, bending, and standing.
• You can lift up to 50 lbs.
• You have reliable transportation to and from the work location.
• You are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• You demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• You are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• You can work independently but also possess successful team building skills.
• You have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• No prior experience is required.
• Training and team support will be provided.
