Electrical Design Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Electrical Design Engineer with strong hands-on electrical system design experience. This is a senior technical role for someone who can independently handle electrical design requirements from concept through detailed design and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Electrical load estimation and demand calculations
• Transformer, DG and UPS sizing
• HT & LT electrical distribution system design
• Preparation and review of Single Line Diagrams (SLD)
• Cable sizing and voltage-drop calculations
• LT panel, DB and electrical equipment sizing/scheduling
• Earthing and lightning protection system design
• Lighting and emergency lighting design
• Electrical layouts, containment and routing coordination
• BOQ preparation and technical specifications
• Equipment selection and technical evaluation
• Review of shop drawings, material submittments and vendor technical documents
