Business Sales Representative

About the Role

Utility Management Group is seeking personable, motivated individuals to join our business sales team. This role is ideal for those who enjoy meeting people, asking questions, and helping customers make decisions. Training will be provided to help you learn our services and approach, develop your ability to understand business needs, explain options, and build customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Introduce UMG through face-to-face visits to local businesses.
• Learn about customers’ current services and changing needs.
• Help customers compare options with support from the UMG team.
• Follow up on conversations and guide interested customers through next steps.
• Maintain organized records of your activity and customer relationships.

• Professionalism: Stay professional and persistent when a conversation doesn’t lead to a sale.

• Industry Knowledge: You don’t need to arrive knowing the utility or telecom industries.

Qualifications

Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales is welcome.
