About the Role
The Machine Learning Intern role at RcruitLync is a full-time, on-site position. The intern will assist in designing, training, and evaluating machine learning models that power AI recruiting and matching tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Data preprocessing
- Exploratory data analysis
- Implementing and testing algorithms
- Experimenting with deep learning architectures for recommendation and prediction
- Collaborating with engineers and product team members to translate recruiting use cases into scalable ML solutions
- Documenting findings
- Helping optimize models for performance and reliability
- Staying current with relevant research
- Contributing ideas to improve existing systems
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Experience with Python or similar programming languages and common ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy)
- Ability to work with real-world datasets, including data cleaning, feature engineering, and visualization
- Exposure to Deep Learning frameworks and architectures (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) for applied model development
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, Algorithms, and software development concepts
- Knowledge of Machine Learning techniques and workflows, including model training, evaluation, and deployment
- Solid understanding of Statistics for data analysis, hypothesis testing, and performance metrics
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate in a cross-functional team environment
- Interest in sports technology, recruiting, or recommendation systems is beneficial
