Job Title: Retail Sales Associate - Full-Time

- Act as an ambassador of the Burlington brand, providing world-class service to customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Greeting and assisting customers.
- Maintaining a neat, organized, and clean sales floor.
- Supporting the management team with day-to-day store operations.
- Assisting customers in locating merchandise.
- Assisting in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping.
- Assisting in ringing up sales at registers and/or bagging merchandise.
- Performing other tasks as assigned by manager.
- May be assigned to work in departments including: Ladies, Men, Youth, Sportswear, Shoes, Home, or Baby Depot.
