Internship- Cleaning Validation at BioSpace

Scope of Position

• Generate cleaning monitoring reports:
• Write monthly reports for each track.
• Write quarterly and annual reports.
• Gather data from Pi Vision, batch reports, and gLIMS.
• Evaluate reproducibility for CIPs.
• Manage cleaning monitoring program:
• Plan all samples for the CM year.
• Work with planners to schedule samples.
• Work with Operations to ensure samples are collected and documented correctly.
• Track other additional samples not related to CM.
• Create samples and print gLIMS labels.
• Other responsibilities:
• Develop CV control charts and other tools.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Perform process confirmations.

Physical Requirements

• 0% overnight travel required.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree.
• Engineering, life science, or related majors preferred.
• Must be a rising junior or rising senior with a 3.0 GPA or above.
• Excellent computer skills including:
• Proficiency in Excel and Word.
• Familiarity/capability in most other Microsoft Office applications.

This position is for a ten-week full-time internship. Program Start: May 17, 2027. Program End: July 23, 2027.
