About the Role
Actify Home Care is seeking dependable, professional caregivers (CNAs and HHAs) to join their team in South Palm Beach County, including Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, Lantana, and surrounding areas. The company is clinician-owned and operated.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Perform light cleaning and meal preparation.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Offer assistance with walking, transfers, and provide safe companionship.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Valid Florida CNA License or HHA Certificate.
- Current CPR Certification Card.
- Health Physical and PPD (Chest X-ray).
- Level 2 Background Screening (AHCA).
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Professional Liability Insurance (assistance available at low cost if needed).
Job Details
- Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour.
- Status: 1099 Contractor.
- Shifts: Days, nights, and weekends available.
