About the Role

The Owner role at S. V. Sojitra And Associates LLP is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading the firm’s strategic direction.
• Overseeing client relationships.
• Ensuring high-quality delivery of assurance, accounting, tax, business advisory, and wealth planning services.
• Managing key engagements.
• Supervising teams.
• Reviewing financial and tax reports.
• Guiding complex business and transaction advisory projects such as exit planning and mergers & acquisitions.
• Business development.
• Compliance oversight.
• Continuous improvement of processes, systems, and service offerings.
• Fostering a collaborative, ethical, and client-focused work environment aligned with professional standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, people management, and decision-making skills, with the ability to guide teams and manage multiple client engagements.
• Expertise in accounting, auditing, and assurance practices, including the ability to review and interpret complex financial statements.
• Advanced knowledge of direct and indirect taxation, business advisory, and regulatory compliance relevant to chartered accountancy practice.
• Experience in transaction advisory, including exit planning, mergers & acquisitions, and strategic financial planning.
• Proficiency in wealth management and financial planning for high-net-worth individuals and families.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities, with strong attention to detail and risk management focus.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client relationship management, stakeholder coordination, and negotiation.
• Professional qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent, with substantial post-qualification experience in public practice or advisory.
• Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad and commit to a full-time leadership role within a dynamic, client-centric environment.
