About the Role
We are inviting applications from CA Article Assistants and CS Trainees who want hands-on exposure across audit, valuation, taxation and corporate law rather than being confined to a single desk. This is a full-time trainee/articleship role with a stipend of INR 12,000/month.

- Assist in statutory, tax and internal audits of companies, LLPs, trusts and AIFs.
- Prepare and file income tax returns, TDS returns and GST returns; assist in assessment and litigation support.

- Support accounting, MIS and book-closure assignments, including finalisation of financial statements.
- Assist in due diligence, certification work and foreign remittance certifications.
- Maintain audit documentation and working papers in line with firm and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities — CS Trainees / Interns
- Assist in secretarial compliance under the Companies Act, 2013 — incorporations, ROC/MCA filings and maintenance of statutory registers.
- Support preparation of notices, agendas, resolutions and minutes for Board and General Meetings.
- Assist in secretarial audits and compliance health checks.
- Support FEMA/RBI filings such as FC-GPR, FC-TRS, Form InVi and FLA Return.
- Assist on transaction documentation for share allotments, transfers, restructuring and ESOP matters.
- Track statutory due dates and maintain compliance calendars.
Qualifications
- CA students eligible to commence articleship (IPCC/Intermediate group cleared), or CS students eligible for practical/management training or internship.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word; familiarity with Tally or similar accounting software is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn, attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
What You Get
- Direct exposure to partners and to live client assignments from day one.
- Rotation across audit, taxation, valuation and corporate compliance rather than a single vertical.
- Structured guidance and mentoring, with scope for a full-time role on qualification.
