About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities from our Narnaul location. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, the ability to source suitable candidates, and a passion for talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and local networks.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Support offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
• Meet recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of open positions.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong candidate sourcing and screening abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals.
• Good coordination, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines.
• Skills: excel, recruitment, communication, negotiation, social media.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; an HR-related qualification is preferred.
• Prior recruitment experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Candidates familiar with the Narnaul and nearby job markets will be preferred.
