Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in planning domestic & international holidays.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel packages.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and convert enquiries into bookings.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, visa teams, and suppliers.
- Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Dynamic, energetic, and self-motivated.
- Passionate about travel and tourism.
- Eager to learn and continuously improve.
- A good communicator with strong customer handling skills.
- Flexible to work from or undergo training at different Ignite Travel Solution offices, and willing to relocate between branches in the future if required.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
- Target-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving sales goals.
- Positive attitude and willingness to take ownership.
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences.
Qualifications
- For freshers, no prior experience is required.
- Candidates with 1+ year of experience in travel sales are also encouraged to apply.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 (Based on experience & performance)
