QA Testing Intern

About the Role

We're looking for a QA Testing Intern who cares about quality and hates letting bugs slip through. You'll test real product features that customers depend on every day, writing test cases, breaking things on purpose, filing clear bug reports, and working with engineering to get them fixed. From WhatsApp campaign flows to dashboard workflows to the APIs underneath, if it can break, it's your job to find out first. If you enjoy finding the edge case nobody thought of, reproducing tricky bugs, and being the last line of defence before something goes live, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Write, execute, and maintain test cases across the web dashboard, APIs, and WhatsApp campaign flows
• Perform manual functional, regression, and exploratory testing on new and existing features
• Test REST APIs using Postman, verifying responses, status codes, and edge cases
• Test WhatsApp campaign and automation flows end-to-end, from setup to delivery
• Log clear, reproducible bug reports with steps, expected vs actual, and evidence
• Collaborate with engineering to reproduce, prioritise, and verify fixes
• Build and grow a regression suite so recurring issues get caught early
• Proactively identify gaps in workflows and flag potential issues before they reach customers

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Final year student or recent graduate (Engineering / Tech background preferred)
• Strong attention to detail
• Solid problem-solving mindset
• Basic understanding of APIs, web applications, and how systems interact
• Ability to think both technically and from a user's perspective
• Clear communication skills
• Comfort writing structured test cases and following a testing process

Nice to Have

• Exposure to automation testing tools (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar)
• Basic coding knowledge (JavaScript / Python or any language)
• Exposure to CRM tools, WhatsApp APIs, or automation platforms
• Prior experience testing integrations across multiple platforms or services
