About the Role
Yalu is a dynamic marketplace platform in India. This is an on-site internship based in Hyderabad. The team values innovation, practical problem-solving, and exposure to real-world business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with marketplace operations, such as listing products and services.
- Verify and update information.
- Support customer inquiries under guidance.
- Analyze search and shopping trends.
- Assist in basic data entry and reporting.
- Support travel and B2B flight booking processes.
- Coordinate with team members on promotions.
- Observe user behavior.
- Offer suggestions to improve platform usability.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic computer literacy.
- Familiarity with web and mobile applications.
- Comfort using spreadsheets or simple data tools.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to interact professionally with team members and customers.
- Attention to detail.
- Reliability in completing assigned tasks.
- Ability to follow processes and guidelines accurately.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad.
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment.
- Ability to manage time effectively as a student intern.
Qualifications
