Role & Responsibilities
- Identify and source potential customers to achieve monthly business targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and generate quality leads.
- Assess customer business, repayment capacity, character, and creditworthiness.
- Handle customer queries and explain products, procedures, and benefits.
- Collect and verify documents and coordinate property inspection, valuation, and legal processes.
- Coordinate with customers and branch officials for sanction, documentation, and mortgage creation.
- Monitor the loan portfolio and take proactive steps to control delinquency.
- Follow up regularly for timely repayment and recovery of overdue amounts.
- Maintain integrity, transparency, teamwork, and timely execution of all assigned responsibilities.
