Medical Representative

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Medical Representative role based in Gurugram. The Medical Representative will promote the company’s pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals through regular visits and presentations.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Provide accurate product information.
• Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries and orders.
• Plan territory coverage.
• Achieve sales targets.
• Monitor competitor activities.
• Submit reports and documentation as required.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing initiatives.
• Uphold all compliance and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Medical Sales skills, including territory management and achieving sales targets.
• Excellent Communication skills to present products and engage with healthcare professionals effectively.
• Solid Customer Service skills to respond to queries, resolve issues, and maintain long-term relationships.
• Foundational knowledge of Medicine and Pharmacy to explain indications, usage, and safety information accurately.
• Ability to work independently in the field, with strong time management and organizational skills.
• Comfort with using digital tools (e.g., CRM software, email, presentations) for reporting and communication.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in science, pharmacy, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience as a Medical Representative or in pharmaceutical sales is an advantage.
