About the Role
Leading Commercial Real Estate & Leasing developer of Grade-A premium commercial properties is looking for a Civil Engineer to spearhead Planning & Control of ongoing multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver the PMO function for Grade-A Commercial and interior fit-out projects for premium workspace and Fortune 500 tenants, ensuring 100% adherence to international acoustic, MEP, and aesthetic standards.
- Establish & implement Planning & Project management processes across running projects for better monitoring & control in terms of time, cost & quality.
- Manage the complete project lifecycle including mobilization of contractors and project-specific statutory compliance requirements.
- Develop project baselines in Microsoft Project & Primavera.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Civil Engineer + MBA in PMO/Planning role, specializing in refurbished, retrofit, brownfield projects including fit-outs and rich interiors.
- Proven track record of delivering premium office large-scale office leasing projects of global standards Pan India.
- Team handling potential with execution of projects (more than 1 lac sq. ft) within stipulated SLA.
Annual Compensation: 30 LPA
