About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Cloud Solutions Specialist to join IBM's dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in promoting and implementing IBM Cloud platform solutions to a diverse client base. Your primary responsibilities will include engaging with clients to understand their cloud requirements, designing tailored cloud architectures, and supporting the deployment of IBM's cloud services. You will act as a technical advisor, providing expertise on IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS offerings, ensuring seamless integration into existing IT environments. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable cloud solutions tailored to client needs, leveraging IBM Cloud's infrastructure, platform, and software services.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and translate them into technical architectures that optimize performance, security, and cost-efficiency.
• Assist clients in migrating existing applications and workloads to IBM Cloud, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting during deployment and post-deployment phases, ensuring high availability and reliability of cloud services.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in cloud technology and IBM Cloud offerings, continuously enhancing your technical expertise.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and workshops to demonstrate solutions and address technical queries.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop tailored proposals and contribute to business growth initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices in all cloud implementations, safeguarding client data and infrastructure.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong understanding of cloud architecture, virtualization, and networking concepts is essential.
• Hands-on experience with IBM Cloud services and platforms.
• Familiarity with other cloud providers such as AWS or Azure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively engage with clients and cross-functional teams.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to adapt to rapidly changing technology landscapes are critical for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in cloud computing, enterprise IT solutions, or related roles is preferred.
• Certifications in cloud technologies, such as IBM Cloud certifications, are highly desirable.
