This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area, requiring close collaboration with teams, partners, and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership, vision, and direction for Clementmedlife Solutions Pvt Ltd, driving strategy, operations, and growth initiatives.
• Define and execute the company’s strategic roadmap.
• Oversee business development and sales activities.
• Guide marketing and brand positioning.
• Ensure operational effectiveness across functions.
• Build and mentor high-performing teams.
• Manage key partnerships and investor relations.
• Monitor market trends and research insights to inform decision-making.
• Be accountable for financial performance, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
• Foster a culture of innovation, integrity, and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data and research to guide strategic decisions and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex ideas clearly and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven experience in sales and business development, with a track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market presence.
• Demonstrated marketing expertise, including strategic planning, brand development, and go-to-market execution.
• Background in healthcare, life sciences, or related sectors is highly beneficial.
• Experience in senior leadership or founder-level roles, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Master’s degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in the Greater Delhi Area and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting.
