Part-Time Outreach Coordinator

About the Role

CollegeLogistics is a free platform that helps families plan the college journey, covering 3,800+ US colleges and 33,000+ service providers. We reach families through trusted networks. We are looking for a part-time Outreach Coordinator to manage the day-to-day counselor pipeline, making contact, following up, and converting interest into schools that share our platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Run outreach to school counselors in the US and at American international schools abroad via emails, mailed packets, and follow-up calls.
• Log every contact and outcome in our CRM (BridgeSuite), and keep follow-up dates on schedule.
• Schedule and host short webinars and calls for counselors and families, accommodating time zones for schools in Asia and the Middle East.
• Support student ambassadors by checking weekly reports and following up on late submissions.
• Answer initial inquiries from families interested in our concierge service and pass them on for delivery.
• Review weekly blog and social media drafts and queue them for publishing.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Bachelor's degree, completed recently (Class of 2024–2026 welcome).
• Some experience reaching out to people (e.g., campus job, internship, admissions tour guide, student ambassador, club leadership, or sales).
• Clear, warm writing and confidence on the phone with busy professionals.
• Organized and reliable: ability to keep records accurate and hit weekly targets while working remotely.
• Familiarity with a CRM, spreadsheets, or running online events is a plus.
• Interest in education, college admissions, or marketing as a career is a plus.
• Familiarity with the US college admissions process from personal experience is a plus.

• Hours: 10–15 hours per week, mostly flexible, with some early-morning or evening calls.
• Location: Remote (US-based).
• Pay: $20 per hour.
• Start: December 2026.
• Reports to: Founder & Chairman.
