Revenue Growth Associate / Business Development
AccruePartners
About the Role
AccruePartners is seeking a Revenue Growth Associate/Business Development to join their internal team and accelerate firm growth. This is a production seat, not a support role, offering the opportunity to learn recruiting and sales from experienced professionals, earn commission from day one, and build a compounding skillset. The ideal candidate is competitive, relationship-driven, and motivated by performance-based earnings.
Key Responsibilities
- Own both sides of the staffing equation: recruit top candidates and develop client relationships with hiring managers, managing the full cycle from first call to placement.
- Prospect and cold call hiring managers across the Carolinas to build and grow a client portfolio from HQ near Uptown.
- Source, screen, and recruit candidates through direct outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, and job boards.
- Conduct phone and video interviews, assess fit, and prepare candidates for client conversations.
- Manage pipeline daily in Bullhorn; track activity, submittals, and results with consistency.
- Build relationships in person at networking events, client visits, and in the market.
- Utilize tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ChatGPT, CareerBuilder, and other platforms to research and identify talent.
- Communicate daily with professionals at the manager and hiring manager level via phone, video, and written communication.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- 0–3 years of professional experience; internships in sales, recruiting, staffing, or professional services are considered.
- Comfortable with high outbound activity; calls are the primary tool.
- Strong communicator in writing and on the phone; capable of conversing with VP-level decision makers.
- Motivated by performance-based pay, desiring a direct connection between effort and earnings.
- Curious, coachable, and competitive with a hunger to learn and improve.
- Based in Charlotte, near Uptown, requiring 5 days in office for the first 90 days, with a hybrid model thereafter.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred; relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
