Engineer

About the Role

The Engineer will work on-site in Noida in a full-time capacity, supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare technical drawings and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Assist in site inspections or quality checks.
• Analyze project requirements.
• Contribute to problem-solving efforts.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and safety practices.
• Optimize processes.
• Provide technical input during meetings.
• Document project progress for reporting and review.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• CAD, project management tools (preferred)

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in core engineering principles and ability to apply them to practical projects.
• Ability to read, understand, and prepare technical documentation, drawings, and reports.
• Effective communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams and clients.
• Solid problem-solving and analytical abilities, with attention to accuracy and safety.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in an engineering discipline from a recognized institution.
• Willingness to work on-site in Noida and support field activities as required.
• Prior internship or work experience in engineering or project-based environments is an advantage.
