Who You Are

• A pre-penultimate student (graduating in 2029).
• Studying at:
• IIT Bombay
• IIT Delhi
• IIT Madras
• IIT Kanpur
• IIT Kharagpur
• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science Engineering, Math & Computing, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, AI & DS, Mechanical Engineering, or similar disciplines.
• Minimum CGPA of 9.0 or above.
• An inquisitive thinker with a passion for quantitative problems and collaborative, dynamic environments.
• Possesses superior quantitative and logical reasoning skills.
• Enjoys working on an array of problems with a strong focus on results.
• Excited to test yourself in dynamic areas of the financial market.

Program Streams

The FutureFocus program offers two streams: Technology or Trading and Research. You can apply for only one stream.

Technology Stream

• For those interested in Software and FPGA Developer roles.
• Focus on designing and building high-performance systems that solve real business problems.

Trading and Research Stream

• Traders make trading decisions based on market conditions and analytical problem-solving.
• Researchers collaborate with traders and developers to build and improve trading strategies, often working with large datasets and using statistical and machine learning algorithms.
