Working Days: 5 days (Sun-Thurs/Fri & Sat fixed off: Sunday working)

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential customers through provided leads and various digital sources.
- Schedule and conduct virtual meetings with decisionmakers to understand their needs.
- Use a consultative approach and follow up extensively to drive conversions.
- Accurately document interactions and status updates in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admissions process.
- Work with warm leads, engaging with decisionmakers, and doing persistent followups.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Excellent English and Hindi communication skills.
- Requires strong communication and a consistent outreach mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM system for documentation.
Qualifications
- Recent graduates or postgraduates from 2025, 2026, or 2027.
- No experienced candidates are eligible.
Compensation & Training
- Training Period: 30-90 days (online)
- Stipend during training: ₹10,000 INR
- Post-Training: Upon successful completion
- Full-time Salary: ₹40,000 INR per month
- Work from home: 100% remote opportunity
