About the Role
- Entry level position to start a career in AML and transaction monitoring.
- Work with real-world financial data and receive hands-on training from an experienced team.
- No prior analyst experience is needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and investigate transaction monitoring alerts.
- Analyze financial data to spot unusual or suspicious activity.
- Document findings clearly and accurately.
- Follow AML procedures and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the team and learn from senior analysts.
- Build skills in AML, financial crimes, and data analysis.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Willingness to work on-site in Orlando, FL, 5 days/week.
- Available for full-time, 40 hours/week.
- Comfortable working with data using Excel or similar tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Clear written communication skills.
- Eager to learn.
Compensation: $22 to $24 per hour
