About the Role
- This is a full-time, on-site HR Trainee role based in Andheri West, Mumbai.
- Third Eye Blind Productions is a globally recognized production house and influencer marketing agency.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Candidates who want to start fresh as interns can also apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day human resources operations.
- Maintain employee records.
- Support recruitment activities.
- Coordinate interviews.
- Onboard new team members.
- Help implement HR policies.
- Assist with employee benefits administration.
- Support personnel management tasks such as attendance tracking and performance documentation.
- Collaborate with managers and teams to address basic HR queries.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure HR processes are accurately documented and compliant with company guidelines.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR management.
- Knowledge of HR policies and employee benefits.
- Capabilities in personnel management and basic employee relations.
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative agency setting.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Interest or experience in media, advertising, or influencer marketing environments is an advantage.
