Security Officer

Location: Plot No. 1, Prime Industrial Park, Phase-2, Santej Vadsar Road, Gandhinagar – 382721, Gujarat.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end security operations, from ground-level execution to overall security management.
• Handle security guard deployment, shift scheduling, attendance, and discipline.
• Monitor employee, visitor, and vehicle entry/exit.
• Conduct regular security rounds and ensure proper plant security.
• Maintain security registers, incident reports, and relevant documentation.
• Handle emergencies, investigate security incidents, and take corrective action.
• Coordinate with security agencies, contractors, and management.
• Ensure effective security coverage across all shifts and compliance with company security procedures.

Qualifications

• Practical, hands-on experience in industrial security operations.
• Ability to independently manage security operations from ground level to end-to-end management.
• Willingness to take ownership of on-site security activities, guard management, and administrative responsibilities.
• Strong leadership, discipline, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Willing and available to attend a face-to-face interview at company premises.
