About the Role
- Stock and merchandise beloved brands like Lay's and Doritos and keep shelves full, neat, and ready for customers.
What You'll Do
- Drive your personal vehicle (with gas mileage reimbursement) to a variety of store locations.
- Retrieve Frito-Lay products and merchandise the product throughout the store.
- Work in a team environment with professional Route Sales Representatives.
- Follow a consistent schedule with specific start times and customers (opportunities to attain different work schedules over time).
- Leverage a company-issued iPhone to view schedules, communicate with team members, and log activity.

Requirements & Tech Stack
- Pay: $21.80 per hour
- Location: Springdale, AR
- Work Days: 5 days a week
- Start Time: Varies between 8 AM to 1 PM
- End Time: Hours per day vary from 6-10 hours
Qualifications
- Be 18 years of age or older.
- Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.
- Be able to frequently lift up to 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.
