MOSH (Midwest Orthopedic Specialty Hospital) is seeking a passionate and patient-focused Physical Therapist to join our growing orthopedic team in a newly remodeled, state-of-the-art clinic in Mequon, Wisconsin. This position offers the flexibility of full-time or part-time employment with a schedule that can be tailored to fit your lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy services focused on orthopedic and musculoskeletal rehabilitation.
• Collaborate closely with orthopedic surgeons regarding patient progress and treatment recommendations.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, injury prevention, and home exercise programs.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed to maximize outcomes.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational requirements.
• Foster a positive, welcoming patient experience.
• Support clinic growth initiatives and help establish a strong culture of excellence.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Wisconsin Physical Therapist license, or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Orthopedic rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
• New graduates and experienced therapists are encouraged to apply.
