About the Role

Elvanx Inc is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Engagement Representative to join their growing team in Fayetteville, NC. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers.
• Provide accurate information about products and services while answering customer questions.

• Assist with customer inquiries, account support, and issue resolution.
