About the Role

- Schedule: Days | Full-time | 8:00am-5:00pm
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on problem identification and resolution, cost containment issues, implementation of new services and systems/performance measures.
- Research, develop/acquire and implement improvement systems, methodologies and tools to improve operations.
- Provide on-site training and follow-up for performance improvement teams.
- Perform regulatory documentation preparation, submission, and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
- Assist in policy, procedure and contract review process.
- Coordinate quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Minimum of 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
Additional Preferences
- Trauma ICU Expertise: A minimum of 1 year of recent, hands-on experience in a dedicated Trauma Intensive Care Unit.
- Leadership Foundation: At least 1 year of experience serving in a Charge Nurse capacity, demonstrating the ability to manage unit flow and mentor staff.
