Program Operations Assistant Manager

Location: Chembur, Mumbai | Full-time

Kinetics runs PE and Sports programs in schools across Mumbai and Pune, coaching 20,000+ children.

About the Role

We're looking for an organised, hands-on person to keep our programs running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Operations (60%)

• Run all operations on the Kinetics Operating System (KOS), and follow its processes.
• Schedule coaches across schools, and manage leaves, backups, and replacements.
• Run quality checks on sessions and equipment, and give coaches feedback.
• Answer queries from parents and school coordinators.
• Coordinate school sports days and events.
• Keep the CRM, trackers, and reports up to date.

Programs and Training (30%)

• Roll out various Kinetics programs in schools and after-school classes.
• Make sure lesson plans are followed in every session.
• Support KEA training for new coaches.

Sales Support (10%)

• Handle incoming leads and schedule demo classes.
• Follow up with schools and parents, and hand over to business development.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Working understanding of AI tools to automate scheduling, reports, and communication.
• Comfortable learning and working with tech.
• Highly organised, with strong Excel skills.
• Clear communicator with schools, parents, and coaches.
• Takes ownership and solves problems.

Qualifications

• Background in sports science, physical education, or sports management.
