About the Role
This is an Apprentice position focused on AI, offering on-the-job skill-based training, projects, assignments, and the opportunity to learn new skills within a 1-year program. The program is extendable based on norms and conditions, with the possibility of conversion to an employee based on performance and role availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform basic job role functions with close supervision.
- Assist experienced employees by performing entry-level tasks.
- Communicate in a professional manner using verbal and written communications.
- Perform basic problem-solving functions.
- Monitor and report on assigned business area measurements as applicable.
- Work in a real-time corporate environment and adapt to the transition from college to the corporate world.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- 2026 Pass out, Fresh Graduates with 60% Aggregate.
- Technical Apprentice: MCA/MSc IT/BE/B. Tech in IT, CS, Electronics related streams only.
- Eligible for students awaiting final semester results, provided they have no backlogs and can provide a provisional degree certificate at joining.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to express ideas with clarity.
- Demonstrate Logical and analytical thinking skills.
- Skill in prioritizing work and multi-tasking.
- Committed and willing to learn, contribute, and grow.
- Process oriented and a good team player.
Good to Have
- Knowledge on MS Office: Basic Excel & PPT is an addon advantage.
- Programming knowledge like, PL/SQL, SQL (For Technical Apprentice only).
- Programming knowledge like, C, C++, Python.
- Basic understanding of microcontrollers or microprocessors/Power electronics/FPGA.
- Thorough understanding of Lab equipment like DSO and Multimeters (For Electronic Engineering Apprentice Only).
