About the Role

This is a 1-year Apprentice program for AI, extendable subject to program norms and conditions, or convertible to an Employee role subject to performance and availability of positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform basic job role functions with close supervision.
• Assist experienced employees by performing entry-level tasks.
• Communicate in a professional manner using verbal and written communications.
• Perform basic problem-solving functions.
• Monitor and report on assigned business area measurements as applicable.
• Work in a real-time corporate environment and adapt to the transition from college to the corporate world.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• 2026 Pass out, Fresh Graduates with 60% Aggregate.
• Technical Apprentice: MCA/MSc IT/BE/B. Tech (IT, CS, Electronics related streams only).
• Note: Students awaiting final semester results may be considered if they have no backlogs and can provide a provisional degree certificate at the time of joining.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Express ideas with clarity, as the role requires regular exchange of communication.
• Demonstrate Logical and analytical thinking skills.
• Skill in prioritizing work and multi-tasking.
• Committed and willing to learn, contribute, and grow.
• Process oriented and a good team player.
• Good to have knowledge on MS Office: Basic Excel & PPT is an added advantage.
• Programming knowledge like, PL/SQL, SQL etc. (For Technical Apprentice only)
• Programming knowledge like, C, C++, Python and a basic understanding of micro controllers or microprocessors/ Power electronics/ FPGA.
• Thorough understanding of Lab equipment like DSO and Multimeters (For Electronic Engineering Apprentice Only).
