Staff Nurse – Inpatient & Emergency Care

Role Overview
ABM Hospital is recruiting compassionate and skilled GNM / B.Sc qualified Staff Nurses for 24/7 rotational shifts. The role involves managing inpatient admissions, administering doctor-prescribed medications, monitoring maternal and general ward patients, and assisting during emergency procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and record patient vital signs (BP, pulse, SpO2, temperature, blood sugar) on patient charts.
- Administer oral, IV, and IM medications as prescribed by consulting doctors.
- Manage IV cannulation, catheterization, fluid infusions, and post-operative surgical dressings.
- Assist gynecologists and duty medical officers during labor room deliveries, post-cesarean care, and acute emergencies.
- Prepare handover sheets at every shift transition and ensure proper inventory of ward medicines.
Candidate Requirements
- Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) or B.Sc Nursing from an INC-recognized institution.
- Valid Registration with Telangana State Nursing Council (TSNC).
- Willingness to work in standard rotational shifts (Morning / Evening / Night).
- Basic spoken proficiency in Hindi/Urdu and Telugu for interacting with local patients.
Salary / CTC
- Freshers (0–1 Year): ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
- Experienced (1–4 Years): ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month
