Admissions Counselor

Job Location: Andheri West, Mumbai

Job Type: Full Time, No WFH

About the Role

• Connect with prospective students via calls and follow-ups.
• Handle inquiries via calls, emails, walk-ins, and online platforms.
• Convert leads into admissions through effective communication and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions in CRM systems.
• Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for admissions and onboarding.
• Guide applicants on courses, fees, and training structure.
• Resolve queries with clarity and confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective students to discuss courses, fees, and training structure.
• Manage incoming inquiries from various channels.
• Drive admissions by converting leads through consistent follow-up and communication.
• Update and manage student interaction records in CRM software.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency with basic computer applications.
• Experience with CRM or admissions software tools.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills.
• Sales-driven mindset with a focus on achieving results.
• Experience in sales, academic counseling, or career advising.
• Comfortable working with targets and follow-ups.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi languages.
• Interest in acting, media, or the education industry.
• A background in education, sales, counseling, or performing arts is an advantage.
