Full-time Educator (Contract through January 2027)

About the Role

The Educator role is the foundation of lululemon's success, focusing on creating world-class customer service and guest experiences in retail stores.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Experience
• Interact with guests to ensure a great experience while valuing their time.
• Assess guest needs to provide customized solutions for purchases and returns.
• Provide technical product education, articulating product value and benefits.
• Facilitate a seamless end-to-end guest experience through accurate and timely transactions.
• Execute market-relevant omnichannel programs (e.g., buy online/pickup in store, phone sales, ship from store).
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and attend to store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with store leadership to resolve issues.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal guest experience and support store operations.
• Operations
• Perform product presentation tasks according to company standards.

• Legally authorized to work in the country of the store.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Proof of the Right to Work and evidence relating to associated local legislative requirements (EMEA only).
• Ability to travel to the assigned store via own transportation.
• Availability
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Other Willingness Requirements
• Willing to work in an environment with bright lights and loud music.
• Willing to move through a store for most of a shift.
• Willing to move boxes weighing up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg).
• Willing to work as part of a team and independently.
