Territory Manager, Outside Sales

About the Role

Priority1 is seeking college graduates for business-to-business product/service sales in our Frisco office. This outside sales position is focused on new business acquisition within the freight shipping industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospecting New Business (includes B2B, Door-to-Door, Cold Calling)
• Develop Lead Generation and Utilize CRM to Track Activity
• Selling and Setting Up New Accounts
• Managing Accounts You Sell

Training and Development

• New hires receive three weeks of corporate training within the first 24 months.
• Potential for additional Senior TM and management trainings.
• All trainings take place in Little Rock, AR.
• New Territory Managers are integrated into the “Fast Start Program” after Basic Sales Training, which includes 3 months of in-the-field training with Upper Management.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• 0-2 year’s sales experience preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred (Ideal courses in business, marketing and/or communication)
• Involvement in campus activities (athletic backgrounds highly recommended)
• Naturally enthusiastic and energetic
• Polished and professional appearance and demeanor

Compensation

• Base Salary of $40K + Uncapped Commission
• $500 Monthly Car Allowance
• Reimbursement for Gas Receipts
